Above & Beyond Premiere “Sticky Fingers” (feat. Alex Vargas) Official Music Video

To celebrate selling out Madison Square Garden for October’s #ABGT100 event, Above & Beyond premiere the captivating and cinematic music video for their forthcoming single, “Sticky Fingers” (feat. Alex Vargas).

The band’s first vocal single of 2014, “Sticky Fingers” is a unique, festival-ready anthem that brings together all that Above & Beyond do best in one deliciously dark hit.

Owing more to Depeche Mode and Coldplay than it does to what commonly gets termed EDM, “Sticky Fingers” opens with a mesmerising piano line, before Alex Vargas’s haunting Jeff Buckley-esque vocals tap into the anxiety within a relationship’s immediate break-up - and the psychological hold of a recent ex. Climaxing in a suckerpunch riff that recalls the intense energy of the band’s recent club smash “Hello” (Danny Howard Future Anthem - BBC Radio 1) but hits with a much darker and edgier vibe, “Sticky Fingers” manages to sound like no-one else around right now.

Above & Beyond feat. Alex Vargas “Sticky Fingers” will be released on 19th May via Anjunabeats. The full release will be accompanied by a deep, dreamy house remix from fast rising Anjuandeep talent Lane 8 and a drum & bass rework from Metalheadz’s Om Unit.

Watch the official music video for Andrew Bayer ‘Need Your Love’

Recently, Andrew Bayer released the latest single, ‘Need Your Love’, from his acclaimed artist album ‘If It Were You, We’d Never Leave’. And now we can reveal the official music video!

Need Your Love' captures the album at its most musical and emotional. Opening with heart-melting, gently uplifting pianos, the track is a summer-soaked, instrumental electronica jam, blending organic textures and woozy beats into a hypnotic mix.

The new video by Polish director Michal Bolland perfectly encompasses this vision, with flowing landscapes and mysterious characters interacting at a seemingly subconscious level.

A #1 iTunes Electronic album, ‘If It Were You, We’d Never Leave' is a bold, ambitious statement by one of Anjunabeats' most unique and experimental talents. Named “electronica album of the month” by Mojo Magazine, and described as “reminiscent of DJ Shadow's dreamier outings” by XLR8R, it's a work with both forward-thinking production and beautiful, emotional music at its heart. No wonder it also received notable support from BBC Radio 1's Zane Lowe and 6 Music's Tom Ravenscroft.

Above & Beyond feat. Zoë Johnston “Alchemy” - official music video

A tale of a betrayed love that once burned so bright, the official music video for Above & Beyond’s “Alchemy” (feat. Zoë Johnston) begins with a jilted lover (Mackenzie Firgens) coming face-to-face with the painful realisation that the man she loves is cheating with another woman.

Tapping into all the complex emotion and intensity of the song’s lyrics, the story unfolds dramatically with it becoming painfully clear just who is the “golden one” within this love triangle.

Caught by both gripping despair and cathartic release, Firgens’ character finally breaks free from the situation - but not the pain - in a dramatic, closing forest scene.

Following on from the appearance of Steven Berkoff in the last video for "On My Way To Heaven" the band have cast Hollywood actress Mackenzie Firgens, the star of classic clubbing movie Groove (with John Digweed) and the brand new Butcher Brothers film The Thompsons. The video is directed by Jonas Mayabb, a previous double winner of the prestigious Young Director Award.

Above & Beyond’s “Alchemy” (feat. Zoë Johnston) is the latest single to be taken from the trio’s critically acclaimed second artist album "Group Therapy" and is out now on Anjunabeats - including the much-loved Above & Beyond Club Mix HERE.

Starring: Mackenzie Firgens
Director: Jonas Mayabb

Above & Beyond feat. Zoë Johnston “Love Is Not Enough” - Official Music Video

"The video for "Love Is Not Enough" follows the thoughts and emotions of two lost lovers in the final moments of their relationship - just as they realise that the relationship really isn’t going to work. The whole video is filmed and edited in reverse, reflecting upon the cyclical nature of relationships. The backwards footage highlights the ambiguity and uncertainty of whether they are emotionally leaving or returning.” Vicky Simmons, Director

Directed by Vicky Simmons, the video for Above & Beyond’s “Love Is Not Enough” (feat. Zoë Johnston) was shot on Hampstead Heath last December and features two rising stars of the acting world; Emily Beecham and Liam Boyle. Liam has starred in Powder (2010), Awaydays (2009) and Land Girls (2009). Emily has featured in The Calling (2009), 28 Weeks Later (2007) and was considered one of the 55 Faces Of The Future by Nylon Magazine’s Young Hollywood issue.

A poignant tale of a deep love that wasn’t quite to be, the video for Above & Beyond’s “Love Is Not Enough” (feat. Zoë Johnston) captures the confusing, frustrating and, ultimately, heart-breaking emotions of those final, fracturing stages of such a relationship in a stirring and cinematic style.

Released on 26th March 2012 on Anjunabeats, Above & Beyond feat. Zoë Johnston “Love Is Not Enough” is the latest single from the album "Group Therapy" - last year described as “the artist album of the year” by dance magazine Mixmag. A full remix package will include the new Above & Beyond Club Mix, and mixes from Kaskade, MRZO (aka Mat Zo), Maor Levi & Bluestone and Sykro.
